You will never have a "stranger" show up at your door. A Care Supervisor will always accompany first time caregivers and provide introductions and relevant training so you can feel safe knowing you are with the caregiver chosen and equipped just for you. Caregivers receive close supervision, support, and routine reviews with each client to ensure best care practices.
